The Fitness Academy Tour made a special appearance at NDU’s Nutrition Fair to introduce its FIT FAT LAB, a personal training concept that offers health assessments and tailored fitness and diet programs.

Students were also treated to a fun workout session and won valuable prizes courtesy of the Fitness Academy Tour FIT FAT LAB.
