Endurance sports are known to create a stronger, healthier body. Muscles, cardiovascular system, bones, joints, and lungs can all adapt to sustain a strong pace for hours. Endurance strength training can also increase muscle mass and raise the basal metabolic rate. In addition, sustained exercise reduces the risk of a variety of diseases, boosts energy levels, and promotes better mental health.

For all these reasons and more, the Fitness Academy Tour made stops at local clubs across Lebanon, focusing on endurance training with the best Tae Bo instructors in town. Tae Bo is a total body fitness system that combines martial arts, boxing, and elements of dance, set to fast pace music. The final event took place at Mike Sport, Zalka, which was transformed into an exercise area.
